1920's Vintage Fortuny Pillow Clamys pattern, Charcoal ground with both gold & silver metallic overlay. Seta & Oro. Silver swirling vines with leaves and knots in gold metallic overlay. To this we have embroidered or couched a 1920's flapper belt from gold metallic cording. These just seemed to go together. Back is modern dark gold silk. Deatils: 20" wide by 12" tall

Face: 18th Century Gold & Silver Metallic Appliqués re applied to modern matching Berry colored silk velvet. The central appliqué of a crown with wings 8" across & 6" tall (which retains some of the original velvet in the center), followed by right and left wings with arrows, surrounded by graduating stars shapes, all in raised stump work metallic thread embroidery. Accented with rows above & below of gold gilt metallic border trim with matching silk velvet insets and cording , followed by rows of more berry silk velvet. Sides are adorned with elaborate antique gold metallic fringe (gilt wrapped cotton) . Fringe is further accented with tassels, alternating rows of gilt wrapped passementerie and bows tassels & gilt mixed with berry colored silk tassels, tiny rosettes at tassel heads. Back: Modern Gold silk velvet.

Trimmed with antique silver metallic fringe on sides, matching antique silver metallic cording sewn around perimeter with knots in corners. Back: Pale gold silk. Details: by 20" tall by 24" wide.

Face: Antique 19 th century Italian Silk Velvet Brocade, fantastic
gold metallic weft threads in cloth of gold fashion, with silk velvet brocade ground. Design of winged beasts and  flower filled urns further outlined with gold threads.  Side:  Silk Scalamandre Tassel trim in colors matching silks on the face, and Vintage wooden tassel trim in olive and gold.  Top of pillow has gold metallic woven serpentine trim.   Back:   Matching  Red Silk.
